IronLift — Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using IronLift ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

IronLift is a workout tracking application. It allows users to create workout programs, log exercises with sets, reps, and weights, track body weight, and view progress over time.

IronLift also offers an optional Calorie Counter feature, which includes AI-assisted estimation of calories and macronutrients from meal photographs. The Calorie Counter is a paid feature offered as an auto-renewing subscription.

All workout-tracking functionality remains free.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

3.1 Subscription Products

The Calorie Counter is offered as a monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscription, purchased through Google Play Billing and managed by our subscription provider (RevenueCat).

3.2 Free Trial

IronLift offers a one-time 7-day free trial of the Calorie Counter, which can be claimed without entering payment information. The trial is granted locally and is non-recurring. Each user is eligible for the trial only once per device.

3.3 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current price unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your Google Play subscription settings.

3.4 Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Google Play Store refund policy. We do not process refunds directly.

3.5 Price Changes

We may change subscription pricing. Existing subscribers will be notified of any price increase before it takes effect and will have the opportunity to cancel before being charged the new rate.

4. AI-Generated Estimates

The Calorie Counter uses a third-party AI model (Google Gemini) to estimate calorie and macronutrient values from meal photographs and from user-provided context. These estimates are approximate and may contain significant errors. Do not rely on them for medical, clinical, or dietary purposes.

When you submit a meal photograph for analysis, the photograph is transmitted through our infrastructure to the AI provider for processing. See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.

5. User Responsibilities

6. Health Disclaimer

IronLift provides workout tracking, algorithmically generated weight/rep suggestions, and AI-generated calorie/macro estimates. These are not medical advice, personal training, dietary advice, or fitness prescriptions. Always exercise within your capabilities and consult a qualified professional for personalized guidance.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

9. Data Loss

Workout data is stored locally on your device. Data loss may occur due to App uninstallation, device reset, storage corruption, or operating system updates. We provide no data recovery service. Subscription status is managed by Google Play and RevenueCat and is recoverable through the Restore Purchases function.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.

11. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstallation does not automatically cancel an active subscription — manage subscriptions through your Google Play account.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the App developer is domiciled, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

13. Contact

If you have questions about these Terms, please reach out through the App's distribution platform (Google Play Store) listing.
